Bookings

General Notes:

The tables below show what spaces are booked up this week and the next.

If a time slot is coloured in then it is already booked, if it is white then it is free.

We will try to update every day or two but spaces are not guaranteed. Please contact us as usual to check and make a booking.

When making a booking please tell us your FULL name or your band name.

If you are a new customer please also give us a telephone number we can get back to you on if necessary. We prefer to have at least two numbers for each band just in case.

Guidance on bookings:

1. The minimum time you can book before 5pm is 2 hours. The reason for this is that there is not a lot of daytime custom and we don't want to have to open up specially for a one hour booking.

2. You cannot book to finish at 9:30pm as no-one wants to book 9:30pm to 11pm!

3. If you would like to use a particular amp etc please tell us at the time of booking.

Although it's not a rule, if you want a two hour evening slot we would very much prefer you to have 6:30 to 8:30 or 8:30 to 10:30. This is because many people can't make 6:00 and many don't want to stay as late as 11:00, so it helps us fit more people in.

CANCELLATION FEE POLICY

Please read carefully. This is a bit complicated in order to be fair to customers (and ourselves!). Where bookings are cancelled at late notice, or not attended at all (for whatever reason), this time cannot usually be re-allocated to other bands. We operate a cancellation fee policy in order to minimise our normal charges (to avoid having to build cost into room booking fees). Charges are based on the basic room hire fee, not including equipment you would have hired if you had come.

If you FAIL TO TURN UP at all you will be charged the FULL cost of the room hire fee next time you come, so PLEASE make the effort to call or txt.

For weekend bookings and evenings (after 5pm) the following applies: If you ring or email to cancel then the fee is on a sliding scale starting at 80% of the room fee for less than 1 hours notice to 0% with 48hrs notice, calculated on the number of whole hours left. Therefore if you have to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible (ring between 10am and 11pm, txt or email anytime).

For weekday bookings (10am to 5pm) the following applies: If you ring or email to cancel then the fee is 80% of the room fee for less than 1 hours notice, no charge at all if more than 1 hours notice.
